Vice President Kamala Harris will be facing her first key diplomatic test as she looks to tackle the major causes of migration toward the U.S. during her meetings in Guatemala. Harris has been eager to showcase her foreign policy credentials, given that she entered office with little experience in that area. “I’m in Guatemala today to discuss and advance our shared priorities.
